Beautifully decorated retreat with game room and beach access just a 10 min walk at the end of our street! The cottage is centrally located between the beautiful beach towns of South Haven (10 min) and St. Joe (22 min) a perfect location to explore all the beauty west MI has to offer! VanBuren State Park is less than 5 minutes away with a beautiful beach, sand dunes & walking trails. Shopping, beach days, restuarants, berry picking, local breweries & wineries are all a short trip away!

Rainy day or need a break from the sun? Our stylish game room, complete with our mural of the South Haven lighthouse, is perfect for indoor fun. Adults will appreciate the comfortable bedrooms, and kids will adore the bunkroom with space for 6. Note: This is a partial home listing. The bunkroom will be locked off during your stay. The garage is also not included in the rental.

We have close neighbors and positive neighbor interactions are very important to us. Quiet hours outside start at 10PM and are enforced. We ask that you keep outside noise to a minimum after that time.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 2 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
